          • Lecturer on \u201cCivil Law\u201d for 3rd year Law students at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Tunis (2002 \u2013 2007)<\/li>
          • Ensuring a series of conferences on the subject of \u2018Human Rights and Modern Crimes and the Legal Framework to Fight against Organized Crime for the higher officials of the Ministry of the Interior at the High Institute of the Internal Security Forces in addition to the supervision as monitor for the preparation of individual researches which are prepared in order to obtain the certificate of leading aptitude together with the participation in several commissions concerned with the evaluation of these researches (2006 \u2013 2011)<\/li>
          • Lecturer on the legal framework of Informatics safety within the frame of training sessions organized by the National Agency of Informatics Safety intended for the formation of experts among the engineers specialized in Informatics for the field of investigation in the safety of Informatics systems and websites of communication (2007 \u2013 2008)<\/li>
          • Undertaking the presentation of lectures for a number of doctors and aggregated professors in medicine about the foundations of preparation of justice medical experiments and the legal bases regulating the responsibility of expert doctors (2008 – 2020)<\/li>
          • As a member of the scientific council of the Tunisian International Center for Arbitration, Conciliation, and Dispute Resolution, undertaking several training courses for a group of judges, lawyers, accounting experts, engineers, and other specialists who can be appointed as arbitrators or conciliators (since 2018)<\/li><\/ul>

            • Higher Education: (1992 \u2013 1996) Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in Tunis
              Bachelor of Arts (Ma\u00eetrise) in Law (Judiciary Branch)<\/li>
            • In June 1998, he received a graduation certificate from the High Institute of Magistrates (2 years of theoretical studies and application experiments during which he presented a viva voce entitled \u201cThe Crimes of Investment.\u201d<\/li>
            • In 2009, passed the exams for a first-year master’s degree in the branch of Criminology, and he is preparing a viva voce under the title \u2018Fighting Computer Crimes in the Tunisian Law.\u2019<\/li><\/ul>

              • April 2004: Legal research under the title \u201cThe Legislation of Social Security and the Unification of the Competency\u201d: the topic of a lecture presented at the Higher Institute of Justice in the study session meeting concerning the institution of the social security magistrate; published in “the Code of Jurisprudence and Legislation\u201d in the special edition of April 2006.<\/li>
              • September 2004: legal research under the title \u201cCommunication and a Legal Insight in the Information Society,\u201d which was the topic of a lecture presented in the Palace of Justice in Bizerta on the occasion of the Opening of the Judicial Year 2004\/2005 at the Appeal Court in Bizerta and its summary was published in “the Code of Jurisprudence and Legislation\u201d in the special edition of April 2006.<\/li>
              • April 2005: Legal research under the title \u2018Contract and Informatics\u2019: the topic of a lecture presented on 30 April 2005 in Sousse on the occasion of a forum organized by The Association of Former Students of the Faculty of Law in Sousse about \u2018Law and Informatics\u2019; study published in \u201cthe Code of Arab Rhetoric and Legislation\u201d which is issued by the technical secretariat of the Arab Justice Ministers belonging to The League of Arab States in the special issue of October 2008 and it was also published in the Judicial Review of the Regional Branch of Lawyers in Tunis (District of Appeal Court in Bizerta) inside the September 2007 issue.<\/li>
              • May 2005: Legal study under the title \u201cThe Electronic Document,\u201d which was the topic of a lecture I gave in Bizerta on 7 May 2005 at the occasion of the regional meeting of jurisdiction with the collaboration of the Appeal Court of Bizerta; a study published in the Journal of Jurisdiction and Legislation in the edition of December 2005.<\/li>
              • December 2005: Legal research on \u201cThe Executive\u2019s Duties for Checking Personal Data\u201d presented in a lecture that I gave at the Higher Institute of Justice in the framework of compulsory training for magistrates. Its first part was published in the Code of Legal News in the issue of 8-9 September 2006, whereas its second part was issued in the 10-11 October 2006 edition. <\/li>
              • January 2006: Legal research under the title \u201cThe Principle of Trust in the Execution of Contracts\u201d published in “the Code of Jurisprudence and Legislation\u201d in a special edition of the 100th issue of the Code of Obligations and Contracts of December 2006.<\/li>
              • March 2006: Legal research on \u201cThe Specific Character of the Electronic Contract\u201d concerning the principles that rule its formation\u201d which was published in the first issue of the Code of Legal News in April 2006<\/li>
              • April 2006: Legal research on \u201cThe Specific Character of the Electronic Contract\u201d concerning the principles that rule its execution, which was published in the second issue of the Code of Legal News in May 2006<\/li>
              • April 2006: Legal research on \u201cThe Copyright and Electronic Exchanges,\u201d which formed the topic of a lecture presented in Tunis within the context of an international meeting organized by the \u201cLegal and Judicial Studies Centre\u201d on \u201cThe copyrights which were published in “the Code of Jurisprudence and Legislation\u201d in the issue of January 2008. <\/li>
              • May 2006: Legal research on \u201cThe Aspects of dealing with cases of addiction and development prospects,\u201d which formed the topic of a lecture presented in the Lecture Room at the headquarters office of the Security Administration in Bouchoucha, Tunis on 16 May 2006 and this in the framework of the research day organized by the High Institute of Internal Security Forces having \u2018the Fields of Addiction\u2019 as a theme.<\/li>
              • June 2006: onsite scientific research on \u201cComputer Crimes,\u201d which formed the topic of a lecture presented in the Lecture Room at the headquarters of the High Institute of Internal Security Forces on the morning of 05 June 2006<\/li>
              • January 2007: Onsite scientific research on \u201cChild Delinquency\u201d in the context of the activities of the group of criminology belonging to the \u201cLegal and Judicial Studies Centre\u201d turned into a 120-page book.<\/li>
              • May 2007: Legal research on \u201cChild Delinquency and the reaction of Tunisian legislate\u201d which formed the topic of a lecture presented in the Lecture Room at the headquarters office of the Security Administration in Bouchoucha, Tunis on 10 May 2007 morning and in the framework of the research day organized by the High Institute of Internal Security Forces. It was published in the Code of Jurisprudence and Legislation\u201d in the special issue of November 2007.<\/li>
              • December 2007: Legal research on \u201cThe responsibility of the Expert Doctor\u2019 which was the topic of a lecture presented in Tunis on 16 December 2007 in the context of the Scientific Forum organized by \u2018the Laboratory of Legal Medicine in Charles Nicole Hospital. It was published in the Code of Legal News in the special issue of November 2008<\/li>
              • January 2008: Legal research on \u201cWeakness and Inefficiency Aspects in the Tunisian Approach for Terrorism Prevention and Fight.\u201d<\/li>
              • February 2008: Legal research on \u201cModern Crime,\u201d which was the topic of a series of lectures presented during the Academic years from 2006 to 2011 at the High Institute of Internal Security Forces.<\/li>
              • February 2008: Legal research on \u201cThe Protection of Personal Data from the Dangers of Automatic Treatment,\u201d which was the topic of a lecture presented in the conference room of the\u201d Faculty of Law and Politic Sciences in Tunis\u201d in the context of a forum organized by the said faculty with the collaboration of DRIMAN Laboratory on February 2008 concerning \u201cThe Internet and Privacy.\u201d<\/li>
              • March 2008: Legal research on \u201cThe Housing of the Babysitter according to the law N\u00b020 of the year 2008,\u201d which was published in the Code of Legal News in a special issue in April 2008.<\/li>
              • July 2008: Legal research on \u201cThe reality of Narcotics Crimes and its Comeback in Tunisia and the Prospects of Developing Mechanisms of Prevention\u201d in the context of activities of the Criminology Branch belonging to the \u201cLegal and Judicial Studies Centre\u201d which was turned into a 220-page book.<\/li>
              • May 2009: Legal research on \u201cthe Legal Life of Economic Institutions\u201d presented in the form of lectures in the context of Economic Law Caravan organized by the Association of Economic Law in the governorates of Tunis and Kairouan<\/li>
              • April 2010: Legal research on \u201cThe Legal Responsibility of the Liquidator,\u201d which constituted the topic of a lecture presented in the town of South Hammamet on 17\/04\/2010 at the occasion of the holding of a regional meeting of the Higher Institute of Justice and which was published in a booklet related to the works of the said meeting.<\/li>
              • November 2010: Legal research on \u201cThe Nature of Contumacy Sentence,\u201d which was the topic of a lecture presented at the Higher Institute of Justice on the occasion of the Academic cycle on 26\/11\/2010 in the context of compulsory training of magistrates.<\/li>
              • June 2011: Legal research on \u201cThe Organized Legal Framework for the Recovery of Corrupted Funds on the Regional and International Levels\u2019 which was the topic of a lecture presented in the context of a workshop organized by the League of Arab States in Cairo from 19 to 21 June 2011 on the topic of \u201cRecovery of Funds\u201d and the first part of this study was published in the Code of Legal News within a special issue on April 2012 whereas its second part in the same code was published within a special issue on May 2012 and a third part in the issue of June 2012.<\/li>
              • February 2012: Critical research entitled \u201cImpressions on the Decree N\u00b0 115 of the year 2011 concerning the Freedom of the Press and Publication,\u201d which was the topic of a lecture presented in Tunis in the context of a round table organized by the Union of Directors of Media Institutions on 10\/02\/2012 about \u201cThe Present and the Future Prospects of the Media in Tunisia.\u201d<\/li>
